Order Dispatch

Eligible Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Exchanges
Size-Related Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues, subject to product availability.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all accessories.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Charges
- For manufacturing defects or damaged items, the exchange will be processed at no additional cost.
- For size-related exchanges, shipping charges (to and fro) will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
No Refund Policy
- Bare Decor does not offer monetary refunds for prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Refunds to bank accounts, cards, or UPI are not applicable.
- Approved cases will be resolved strictly through replacement or exchange only.
