This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Bare Decor, a brand owned and operated by TUFF MANUFACTURERS.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

No returns will be accepted for reasons other than those stated above.

Exchanges are permitted only for size-related issues, subject to product availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition, and with original packaging intact.

Bare Decor / TUFF MANUFACTURERS does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.
Once a return or exchange is approved, replacement or exchange will be processed as applicable.

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must:

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or defective items.
Share clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product along with the order details.
Wait for approval from our quality inspection team before returning the product.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Any product showing signs of installation, alteration, or misuse will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

For approved manufacturing defects or damaged items, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed as per our assessment.
For size-related exchanges, shipping charges (both ways) shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Approval or rejection of replacement/exchange will be communicated via email or phone.

Bare Decor / TUFF MANUFACTURERS reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
