How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select the product you want, choose any available options (if applicable), then click Add to Cart → Checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details to complete purchase.

Are all products shown in stock?

Most items are in stock. If a product is sold out, you may see a “Notify Me” option — sign up and we’ll alert you when it’s restocked.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 48 hours of placement. After that, we may have already started processing it.

Do your products come with specifications?

Yes — every listing includes materials, dimensions, and care details so you can choose the right piece for your space. Accurate product info helps reduce returns and ensures satisfaction.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — Free Shipping is unlocked on all orders above ₹299.

How long does delivery take?

Pan-India deliveries generally take 3–7 business days.
Remote areas may need 1–2 extra days.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Once we verify the return, you’ll receive a refund or replacement.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after review.
