Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on Bare Decor, a brand owned and operated by TUFF MANUFACTURERS.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 0–7 working days from the date of successful payment and order confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered third-party domestic courier companies and/or India Speed Post.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier partner, delivery location, and serviceability.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier company or postal authorities, Bare Decor / TUFF MANUFACTURERS is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.

International Shipping

  • For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.

  • International delivery timelines vary by destination, customs clearance procedures, and courier partner policies.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country shall be borne solely by the buyer.

Shipping Responsibility & Liability

  • TUFF MANUFACTURERS guarantees dispatch of the order within 0–7 working days from the date of order and payment or as otherwise agreed.

  • Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier company or postal authorities within the specified dispatch timeline.

  • Bare Decor / TUFF MANUFACTURERS shall not be responsible for:

    • Delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

    • Force majeure events beyond reasonable control

Delivery Address & Order Confirmation

  • All orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the address, contact number, and email ID are accurate.

  • Order confirmation, dispatch details, and service delivery confirmation will be sent to the registered email ID provided during checkout.

Tracking Information

  • Once the order is dispatched, tracking details (where available) will be shared via email or SMS to help customers monitor shipment progress.
